small batch cheesecake - biscoff crust edition


so. this isn't a new recipe, per se, but i did try to spice up an old one.

biscoff lovers, anyone? i am a huge biscoff fan -- i always hope to get some on plane rides because i much prefer them over peanuts and pretzels. my mom got me a package of them from costco, and i wanted to try replacing graham crackers for biscoff cookies for the crust of my small batch cheesecake (recipe for that can be found here).

the important thing that you need to know to re-create this beauty is:
biscoff crust -- 
half package (~4.4oz) of crackers, crushed
you're going to use the same amount of butter in the original recipe, minus the added sugar.

and that. is. it. as simple as that. some people add a layer of biscoff spread on the top, but i opted out since i think it'd be a tad too sweet.
hurry, go and make this, because it's that much better than the OG recipe!
