cream puffs
Want to impress your friends and coworkers at a holiday party? Try making these cream puffs. I always thought only pro bakers can make cream puffs, but they're actually quite easy to make!
My husband and I were attempting to make mango mousse, but the mousse turned out more like mango whipped cream, so we thought, why not make cream puffs and put this mango cream inside! You can put whatever you want inside, most people put plain whipped cream or vanilla pudding. I put banana pudding in it once too.
This recipe only takes about 15-20 minutes to prep and the smell of the cream puffs is quite comforting. Make sure you eat the cream puff over a plate or napkin to catch the cream when it oozes out as you take a bite. Unless you have a big mouth like my husband and can fit the whole thing in one bite.
