5 ingredient baked almond butter granola
if you know me, i'm a huge, huge, hoooooge snacker. i can snack the entire day without eating an actual meal...which may or may not already be happening for dinner most nights 😬
anyways, after sharing my stovetop recipe, i can't help but share this one, too, since i'm 99% confident you already have these 5 ingredients in your kitchen. granola is one of my many favorite go-to snacks, and this one i actually prefer to snack on its own, versus the stovetop granola. because you bake it, you can crumble it into any sized pieces you want. meaning you can literally turn them into mini granola bars, if that's your thing!
ingredients (easily doubles/triples)
1.5 cup oats
1/3 cup nut butter of choice (i used almond)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
.5 tsp vanilla extract
instructions:
- preheat oven to 350F.
- mix all the ingredients, spread it out on a baking sheet with parchment paper/silpat, and bake for 10 minutes.
- let it cool before breaking it up!
look at those crispy edges..!! |
